User License Agreement
Nature of the License
Luxora Audio software is not sold—it is licensed only.
Under this Agreement, the user is granted a:
- Personal,
- Non-transferable,
- Non-exclusive,
- Limited
license to use the software. Ownership of the software is never transferred to the user under any circumstances.
4. Suspension and Termination of License
Luxora Audio reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the license—without prior notice—in the event of a breach of this EULA, unauthorized use, or detection of a security risk.
In such cases, the user shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or other claims of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
Luxora Audio software is provided “AS IS.” No warranty is made that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
Under no circumstances shall Luxora Audio be held liable for:
- Data loss,
- Loss of revenue,
- Business interruption,
- Indirect or consequential damages
of any kind.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA shall be interpreted in accordance with international principles of digital commerce and intellectual property law. Any disputes arising between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the country and city where Luxora Audio’s registered legal headquarters is located
