Refund Policy

All products offered by Luxora Audio are digital software and licensed digital content. No physical products are sold.

1. No Refund Policy

For Luxora Audio products classified as digital content, all rights of refund and withdrawal expire immediately upon delivery of the product, its availability for download, assignment to the user’s account, or activation of the license.

By completing a purchase, the user explicitly acknowledges and accepts that they hereby waive any right of refund applicable under current international consumer regulations, digital content laws, and electronic commerce provisions concerning digital content.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following circumstances do not constitute grounds for a refund under any condition:

- The product failing to meet user expectations

- The user’s personal dissatisfaction with the product

- Incompatibility of the software with a specific system, hardware, or DAW

- Accidental purchase of the wrong product

- Lack of technical knowledge or incorrect usage

- The license having been downloaded, activated, or used in any way

3. Trial Versions

Luxora Audio may offer trial/demo versions for certain products. By making a purchase, the user acknowledges that an opportunity to test the product was available prior to purchase and therefore waives any right to request a refund afterward.

4. License Violations

In the event of unauthorized use, sharing, copying, or any other violation of the license agreement, the relevant license will be immediately revoked, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Payment Errors

If a system error results in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts being collected, only the erroneously charged amount will be refunded. Such cases are not considered under the general refund policy.

6. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Luxora Audio shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or technical issues originating from these providers.

7. Policy Updates

Luxora Audio reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.

8. Binding Agreement

Any individual purchasing from Luxora Audio declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.
