All products purchased through Luxora Audio are digital software products and do not include physical delivery. Upon completion of the purchase, the product is either assigned to the user's account or delivered via digital download/activation.

1. Digital Product and Licensing Structure

All paid products sold by Luxora Audio are licensed digital software. The purchase does not confer ownership of the product; it grants only a personal and limited-use license under the specified terms. Licenses are non-transferable, non-rentable, non-reproducible, and may not be resold to third parties.

2. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

For Luxora Audio products classified as digital content, the right of withdrawal and refund is forfeited immediately upon delivery, download, or activation of the license. By completing the purchase, the user acknowledges and accepts this condition. Under no circumstances—including but not limited to reasons such as “dislike,” “incompatibility,” or “failure to meet expectations”—will a refund be issued.

3. Unauthorized Sale and Distribution

It is strictly prohibited to sell, distribute, or share Luxora Audio’s paid products on other websites, platforms, marketplaces, or third-party systems. Upon detection of such violations, the relevant license will be immediately revoked, and legal action may be initiated if deemed necessary.

4. Free Products

Free versions provided by Luxora Audio are offered solely for demonstration and testing purposes. These products may be shared or downloaded on other platforms; however, modifications are not permitted, and redistribution under a different name or without Luxora Audio branding is strictly forbidden.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed exclusively through Luxora Audio’s designated secure payment infrastructure. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of purchase. Luxora Audio reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order in cases of incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxora Audio products are provided “as is.” Compatibility with all systems, operating systems, or hardware configurations is not guaranteed. Users are obligated to verify system requirements before using the software.

7. Policy Modifications

Luxora Audio reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this sales policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
